1.Statue of Liberty

As you sail into the mouth of the Hudson, experience the thrill that many immigrants felt decades before. Standing some 152 feet high the awe inspiring ‘Mother Freedom’ has greeted seafarers since 1886.
It was given to America by France to mark the centenary passing of the American Declaration of Independence.

2. FAO Schwarz Toy Shop

FAO Schwarz is in no doubt the Mecca of Toys. We highly recommend this attraction if you’re with small children, although it’s worth a visit if your on an adult only trip.
FAO Schwarz is famous for its life-sized stuffed animals, child sized sports cars and of course, giant keyboard as featured in many Hollywood blockbusters.
Did You Know? New Yorks flagship store in New York is seen by many as the home of FAO Schwarz, it is in fact the latest incarnation having opened in 1986, some 110 years after the first.
3. Empire State Building

Visit the proclaimed ‘Cathedral of the Skies’ without doubt the most identifiable New York City landmark, It has attracted over 120 million visitors since its opening in May 1931. It is seen as the pinnacle of the Art Deco movement in New York if not the entire US.
We recommend the New York ‘SkyRide’ which is found on the 2nd floor. This is a simulated aerial tour of the city which is educational as well as humorous.
Did You Know? On a clear day you can see for over 80 miles from the top observation spot.
4. Central Park

Escape the rumble of the city and enter Manhattans back garden. Walk the meandering paths that stretch over the 843 acre beauty spot. There are loads of things to see and do within the Park: Ice-Skating, a Zoo and and a Wildlife Sanctuary.

5. Brooklyn Bridge

The Brooklyn Bridge is the oldest suspension bridge in the US and one of the longest at 6016 ft. It spans East River and connects Manhattan and Brooklyn.
We recommend you take the time out to stroll across the bridges boardwalk, it can offer many photo opportunities of the harbour.
Did You Know? The bridge tool 14 years to construct and was finally opened in 1883.
6. Metropolitan Museum of Art

If museums are your thing, this is one of the best you’ll ever visit. For a casual browse you’ll need one or two days, to see it all you may still be there three weeks later! The museum boats over 2 million works of art from through out history, with expansive collections taking in Ancient Grecian, Renaissance and American Masters.
Did You Know? The Met measures almost a quarter mile long and occupies more than two million square feet.
